Program Structure

The program consists of up to 11 sessions over the course of 1 month. Each session is 1.5小时长.

Political leaders may participate in one or more sessions focused on 11 different topics. Each of the 90-minute sessions emphasize the most relevant information that appointees need to do their jobs effectively. Participants will increase their expertise 和 executive skills by engaging in meaningful conversations with their peers 和 faculty, absorbing key lessons 和 best practices, 和 receiving critical resources needed to implement proven strategies. Political appointees may self-select into these sessions based on their responsibilities 和 interests.
